There were a lot of new events and stuff in today's update but only the item/skill changes i'll translate
Items > Soul Badges
- a bug for SF's 'Myung-Hwa Badge', 'Mu-jae Badge' equip's 'Self defence' Resist not resetting 'Elbow Smash''s CD has been fixed
Items > Mystic Badges
- BM 'Sunlun Badge''s 'Flaming Blade(Just named it myself)' DMG has been nerfed from 900% per DT->800%
- BM 'Sunlun Badge''s 'Flaming Blade' now activates when USING Lunar Slash, not HITTING Lunar Slash (says it's a bug fix)
Skills
Class > BM
- 'Dragontongue''s animation speed has been buffed (with no lag, 8DTs usable after Lunar Slash)
- 'Dragontongue''s Modulus has been nerfed from 12.5->9.7
- (Overall, this is a buff for PvE. u can see it in the video below)
Class > KFM
- 'One-Two Punch' and the Flame #2 skill (the one besides tiger strike) Key has been changed from #2 to #3
Class > SIN
- Shadow > 'Shadow Dash' is now usable at 5~16m
- Thunder > 'Lightning Rend' Form 2(Stun)'s CD is now 30SECs
- Thunder > 'Mist Slash' Form 1's HM effect 'when crit, dark strike usable' is changed to 'when crit, shadow drain reduce CD by 1SEC'.
- 'Lotus Kick' 'When Hit from behind, 3SEC stun', 'When enemy is poisoned, 3SEC stun' has been deleted

Class > WL
- 'Dragon Helix' Form 2(PvP Form) DMG has been buffed
- 'Dragon Helix' Form 2's additional DMG to CC'd enemies has been nerfed
- 'Dimentional Volley/Salvo' Form 2(PvP Form)'s 'Salvo''s 'Stun, Airborne Enemies Additional DMG' has been nerfed.
- 'Wingstorm' Form 2(PvP)'s CD has been reduced to 30->24
- 'Eclipse' now doesn't root enemies (the brand is still there, so still can't use it in mid-air)
Class > SF
- 'Howling Blast' Form 2(not sure what it is) now works when hitted behind
- 'Whirlwind' CD 45->30
- 'Snowball' Form 2's '6SEC chill to enemies in Burning Tundra' changed to '6SEC chill'
- 'Snowball' Form 2 now has 'Additional DMG to airborned enemies'
- 'Frost Storm' Form 2's DMG has been fixed (it was somehow bugged to do more DMG, seems to be fixed now)
And the new-season Soul Badges has been changed a little from the Test Server
