THIS POST IS BASED ON KR SERVER, AND SOME INFO ON JPTW, SO IT MIGHT NOT BE EXACT TO NAEU. JUST THOUGHT YOU SHOULD KNOW
The Skybreak Spire(BT) Raid will give new Legendary gear that will give a breakthrough on DPS,
I'll breifly make a guide for items for it before I write the post for the final boss.
@Raptor(Chokma) Feathers & Souls
#Feathers
: Chokma Feathers are gained by BT Weekly Quests and Dynamic Quests.
Weekly: 1 per quest, 3 quests (1st~2nd boss/3rd boss/4th boss)
Dynamic: 1st Boss= 1, 2nd, 3rd Boss= 1,2, 4th Boss= 1~3
So you will get minimum 7, and max 11 feathers per week.
Also, Dawn of Khanda Vihar's Dynamic Quest also gives 2 Feathers (or 2 MSP Flowers)
: Feathers are used for Upgrading BT Accessories and Exchanging BT Soulshields and some outfits.
Accessories: BT accessories require breakthrough at stage 3/6/9, and each breakthrough needs 20 Feathers.
Soulshields: they can be exchanged same as the MSP SSs'
Starting from the 3rd Piece, it will require Achievements from Skybreak Spire (Same as MSP)
#Souls
: Chokma Souls are gained from the 4th Boss Dynamic Quest (4~6), and Lootable 5 drops too
These are changeable to 3 Feathers per 1 Soul, so if you feel like u won't get the Raptor Weapon Soon and want to rush Accessory Breakthrough or get Soulshields you can change them to Feathers.
Of course, if you want to upgrade the weapons quickly, you will need to keep them.
@Accessories
The Skybreak Spire (Black Tower) Accessories drops from the 1st~3rd Boss, each boss drops one accessory..
The drop table looks like this:
Toxic Garden: Fire/Lightning Earring, Shadow/Wind Ring
Hall of Chaos: Shadow/Earth Earring, Fire/Ice Ring
Shearing Corridor: Ice/Wind Earring, Lightning/Earth Ring
So, some elements(Fire & Shadow) users will get accessories faster than others
#Earrings
: This is the Stage 3 Ice Earring with Following Stats
Ice Damage 349
Crit Damage 333
Additional Damage 30
Accuracy 824
Attack Point 13
On hit, triggers Crit Rate +5%
the stats are not comparable to lower tier gear, so i won't mention about it
The Crit Rate Buff lasts 5 seconds, and during this buff it also gives 100%*AP Damage (crit / elemental damage does not apply on this) on each Critical hit
This buff is almost fully continued so it's essential to get these.
the importance of crit rate shouldn't be said twice, especially for people who are now getting BT,
: After the first Breakthrough, along with the main stats the Crit Rate Buff also gets enhanced
Crit Rate +10%, 150%*AP Damage per Crit Hit
The 2nd breakthrough only enhances the main stats, not the Buff so it's not recommended.
Using Stage 6 Earring will be the most efficient way to gear up halfway, and then going to 10 right away without using Stage 9.
: The Stage 10 has a new Effect,
On hit, triggers "Punishment" Debuff to the Target for 10 seconds
if someone hits a target with Punishment Debuff,
he/she gains a 3 second buff that gives Crit Rate +5%, and every crit attack gives 100%*AP Damage]
This is a massive effect because this effects on everyone who is hitting the target.
it's proc rate is not that good so many people having Stage 10 will be required.
#Rings
: This is the Stage 3 Ice Ring with Following Stats
Ice Damage 384
Crit Damage 422
Additional Damage 27
Evade 824
Attack Point 11
On Critical Hit, replenishes 10% Chi
The Main stats are fine, but compared to the Earring's special effect, this isn't that a good buff and the proc rate is not reliable
: The Stage 6 looks like this but isn't recommended with the same reason as Stage 3
: Stage 10 Gains a new special effect
-On hit, the target gets "Confuse" Debuff
[if someone hits a target with Confuse Debuff,
he/she replenishes chi by 10%]
But this is also not that good, cause while Punishment buff is 10 seconds duration,
Confuse debuff is only 5 seconds and Chi gain isn't good as Crit rate.
So no real need to rush it. Earring goes first
#Order / Priorities
: So, the order for Breakthroughs goes like this
Earring Stage 6 -> Earring Stage 10 -> Ring Stage 6 -> Ring Stage 10
going straight from 6 to 10 should be more wise cause Stage 9 pratically gives you nothing.
